We make deliveries everyday but will always return phone calls, emails, or order requests from our website.

$20 Delivery & Pickup Fee

We charge a $20 delivery and pickup fee for all orders in Pinellas County. $10 to deliver and $10 to pickup per order. Some areas may have a surcharge, depending on location, please contact us for more information.

$50 Airport Delivery Fee

We only offer airport deliveries to those customers who also have items being delivered to their condo, hotel, or rental home during their stay. All Airport Deliveries will be conducted at the Airport cell phone parking lot, located next to the car rental facility.
An additional $50 Airport Pickup Fee is required to return the item and will also be conducted at the Airport cell phone parking lot.

We must have access to your vacation rental property

It is very important that we get access prior to your arrival. Please provide all codes, property managers, lobby, concierge, etc at least 48 hours prior to delivery date.
Airbnb has never been an issue.

Reservation Deadline

Please send a completed order form by 6:00 PM EST 24 hours prior to delivery date. Once the van leaves at 8am, it is too late for that day.

Please do NOT feed children in pack-n-play, exersaucer, cribs, or car seats! This will only cause a mess and most likely you’ll be charged a cleaning fee or replacement fee.


You can cancel your reservation up to 48 hours before the day of your delivery for a 100% full refund. Cancellations between 48 to 24 hours before delivery date receive a $20 service and booking fee, but the remaining amount is 100% fully refunded. Any cancellations between 24 hours and time of delivery do not qualify for a refund, as we have reserved those items for you and will not have time to rent them to other customers who may have been able to book them.

Have items ready for pick up on date and by time specified on invoice. Additional daily rental fees will apply for late returns.

Invoice is to be paid in full prior to delivery.

The renter is responsible for loss or damage of items and will pay for the cost of replacement or repair.  This cost will be assessed within 5 days of return and presented in a separate invoice payable with the same credit card on file.  The replacement value of items will be determined at time of incident for current pricing.

There is no warranty that rented items are free of defects.

Renter takes full responsibility for proper set up of items to ensure proper locking for full stability.

The renter agrees that Baby & Beach Family Rental holds no liability for any damage or injury caused by the use of rental items to renter or any third party.  The renter assumes all risk of personal property damage or personal injury and if any accident involving Baby & Beach Family Rental’s rental items has occurred while it is in renter’s possession, renter shall make Baby & Beach Family Rental aware by written statement of details of occurrence of event including police report and names and addresses of witnesses.

$20 cleaning fee will be assessed if items are returned with excessive sand or stains as determined by Baby & Beach Family Rental.

All food service items must be left for pick up or returned wiped free of food.  A $20 fee will be charged if items are not left in this condition.

Delivery fee applies on all orders.

Refund requests must be made in writing, via email, and will be responded to promptly by management.  If equipment is ordered and delivered but not used, no refund will be approved.  We can’t guarantee any refunds, but we will certainly listen to the situation to try and determine if we can be of any assistance.
